The Challenge for Sainte-Justine

The Challenge for Sainte-Justine was created to raise funds for the future CHU Sainte-Justine Centre of Excellence in Neonatal Intensive Care. It’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate while supporting a good cause!

We invite you to form a team of 2 to 4 people who are excited about working together and pooling their talents to maximize your campaign, and perhaps win one of the prizes.

By participating in the Challenge for Sainte-Justine, you could win:

How to win more prizes?
1- The participant who will raise the most funds will win one pair of airline tickets offerered by Air Canada1.

2- The team that raises the most money will win a night in a corporate suite for 8 people to attend a Montreal Canadiens game2. Service, food and alcohol included.

3- For every $500 your team raises, you get an additional chance to win a Lasik MD laser vision correction3, $2,000 value;

4- Individually raise $500 or more during the Challenge for Sainte-Justine to receive a free ticket to the Sainte-Justine’s Ball and the cocktail party4;

5- The runner-up participant receives a night’s stay in the W Montréal Hotel which included a dinner to the restaurant Être avec toi.

IMPORTANT – Participating in the Challenge for Sainte-Justine does not automatically give you free admission to the Ball. You still have to buy a ticket. The Sainte-Justine Challenge for Sainte-Justine ends at noon, March 18, 2016, at noon.

3Certificate is worth a maximum of $2,000 applicable towards any laser vision correction procedure at LASIK MD and must be presented in-clinic before undergoing the procedure. Candidacy for laser vision correction and procedure type to be determined solely by LASIK MD. Cannot be combined with any other discount, special offer, 0% interest financing or corporate plan. Additional costs, such as vision enhancement plans and eye drops, are not covered by this certificate. Should the value of this certificate exceed the cost of the procedure, the difference will not be reimbursed. Procedure must be completed by March 31, 2017.
4The CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation will contact all the participants who are entitled to get a free ticket for the Sainte-Justine’s Ball during the two weeks before the event.
